CLICK SHAW
The idea for the video came while I was sitting in a hotel room. It’s a tough place to be creative which led to some self-reflecting on where I was and how I was feeling. Thus…a video about being stuck in a hotel room. That’s what it’s about on the surface anyway. Multiple layers to this one.
It's also about death and the after-life and purgatory and how that's kinda like being in a hotel room for an extended period of time...

I also thought it would be interesting to put a bunch of text on the screen but not leave it up long enough to read it all. Not even close. A strange feeling for the viewer, hopefully.

Yes yes. It’s a video about choices. That’s another one of those layers.
